The casa is also close to the community pools available for owners and their guests.This completely furnished property is a brief 2-3 minute stroll away from the soft and smooth sands of the expansive Sea of Cortez beach which fronts the community. Take the pre-loaded beach carts with seating for 8 to sunbathe, swim, go for a scenic stroll, snorkel, cast a line (within authorized zones), or just sit and relax - read, listen to the surf or watch the wildlife. The palapas offer shade and the hotel restaurant offers food and drinks to go or sit and enjoy your meal with the sea view.
Interior to the casa you will find 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), 3 full bathrooms and 1 private office with king sized convertible sofa bed that can be used as bedroom. You will enjoy the high-speed (200 mps) wireless internet access as well as throughout the casa which can be enjoyed for entertainment or remote reporting in the private office. Bottled or filtered water is offerred in each bedroom and the cooking areas, including ice.
The main floor offers two private entrances, one with a courtyard to rinse off from the beach, hang up towels, store outdoor gear, or simply relax in one of the lounge chairs. On the opposite end of the casa is the separate main entry, adorned with beautiful Mexican tiles and pottery that call out "Bienvendidos!". Also on this level are two ensuite bedrooms and a sizable open-concept family room; comfortable for just one, or a large gathering. Hidden away behind a beautiful, hand-painted cabinet is a 55" smart television for your continued enjoyment.The first floor also provides a fully-equipped, beautiful kitchen that includes everything you need to manage your daily food preparation. It doesn't matter if you're looking to prepare a quick snack or an elaborate dinner. This kitchen can accommodate your family and friends with this level offering service for 12. This level also offers three sets of french doors onto an interior courtyard where you will enjoy the sounds of the large fountain audible throughout the casa. Off this courtyard is a full laundry/storage room, as well as the stairs to the second story.
When you arrive at the second story level you will enjoy the large and gorgeous patio. This is a popular morning coffee location and wonderful for socializing, throwing outdoor gatherings, dining al fresco, or simply taking it easy any time during the day. This level is a terrific location for preparing food as it includes a gas barbecue grilling center as well as built in bar with two refrigerators and an ice maker. Plates and glasses are available on this level, as well as a coffee maker. There are several seating areas that can accomodate many people. A gas firepit is also wonderful to enjoy on the cooler evenings. This level offers a king-sized bedroom with private access to the bath, as well as a separate office with a comfortable, king-sized convertible sofa bed.
The home's viewing tower is absolutely wonderful. It offers guests views of the Sierra la Giganta that are unparalleled in drama and beauty. Ample seating awaits you and your guests to enjoy the views throughout the day and night.
