The living room has expansive sliding doors, and the dining area has accordion doors that all open up to the quiet courtyard. Here you find a private plunge pool with a beautiful waterfall, and inviting lounge seating
The first floor living area also has an ample kitchen with gas stove, large island for casual get togethers, an extra wine fridge, and a hot/cold purified water dispenser. There is a gas fireplace, as well as Satellite TV service. The downstairs master bedroom suite features a Queen bed, private patio access. TV, and a garden tub in the bathroom with double sinks, and a walk in shower.
Upstairs you find the expansive terrace detailed to make for ideal outdoor lounging. Here you will find chaise lounges, large u bench with pillows abound for entertaining, wicker sitting area under the pergola, and a complete BBQ area. Views are across the 9th hole of the golf course to the nearby mountains, and evening views of the sunsets every night.
Upstairs highlights include a master bedroom with enviable views, floating king bed, a private bath with garden tub, double sinks, and a walk in shower. You can leave the windows open to listen to the waves on the beach at night, and the singing of the birds in the morning.
