Casa Ballena Azul

Our stay in Loreto Bay was truly wonderful, made even more special by this beautifully appointed home and its perfect location. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great care and attention had been put into creating a comfortable and welcoming space for guests. The house was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a long-term stay — plenty of fresh white towels, a great washer and dryer, and a thoughtfully organized kitchen with just the right amount of dishes, cookware, and essentials. Every appliance worked perfectly, and we especially appreciated the quality of the fridge, dishwasher, and stove. Some of our favorite features were the charming interior courtyard seating area and the comfortable tower furniture, which made it easy to relax and spend time with family and friends. The spacious bedroom storage, including the armoires and dressers, made settling in effortless. We also loved the organized workspace and storage area under the stairs, which was incredibly practical during our stay. What truly stands out is the owner's attention to detail and understanding of what renters actually need. Many of these thoughtful touches may seem simple, but they made a huge difference and created a warm, cozy feeling that genuinely felt like a home rather than just a rental property. We enjoyed our time here so much that we would be delighted to return again next year. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Ballena Azul, Loreto Bay November 1 - -14. Everything was perfect. The condo is so thoughtfully set up and in a lovely location within the Founders area. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sun rise and happy hour with the setting sun. Your attention to detail just perfect. We enjoyed access to the bikes - helpful to get to the market and to Pickleball! As we have run a rental cottage on the Sunshine Coast we were delighted to discover fellow Canadians as the owners. As we have appreciated from renters, we thought we'd let you know a couple of things. The lights, both solar and in wall lighting along the stairs to access the roof top patio do not work. This leaves that top stairwell very dark, requiring a flashlight and extra care after dark. We let Casago know. Also, a small thing, but a total treat to have, but the frother does not froth. This is the same as our Nspresso frother and they just stop working properly after a couple of years. The Casago staff were excellent. Mitzy was our go to person and was super responsive and helpful both when we dropped by the office or via email. Mitzy gave us a lift to the condo with our bags when we arrived. She secured and organized including accompanying the agent, a car rental. Her care and availability really added to the holiday. Mostly just sending a big thank you. We hope to be able to return.
