This amazing oceanfront 4 bedrooms’ house is located in the Residence area in the beautiful Resort Paraiso del Mar. Paraiso del Mar is located on The Mogote a peninsula of the city of La Paz in Baja California Sur Mexico. This amazing Resort includes an 18 holes professional golf course, tennis court, 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, swim-up bar, Restaurant, and Volleyball court. This home comes with 3 bedrooms/3bathrooms inside the house and a separated casita which is an additional bedroom with its bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The front of the house is painted with light orange. The front yard is cover with cactus, palm trees, and grass. The house has a big garage for two cars (golf cart available for rental with the previous request). Upon entering to the patio you will find the casita a separate bedroom that has a queen-size bed for two persons with a nice black bed board and a nightstand by each side of the bed. The bathroom in the casita has a walk-in shower and toilet. The casita has a closet and a nice dresser with mirror. The entrance patio has two nice orange chairs and a set of table with two footrest chairs. At the entrance of the main door, a brown wooden bench was set. As soon as you walk into the house the ocean view of the resting room will greet you. The living room is furnished with a set of white sofas, a rectangular-shaped wood coffee table, and a large double door media unit. The media unit has a 32” TV. The formal dining room has an extremely long rectangular shaped glass table that has seating for 6 guests. The formal dining room is illuminated with natural light from the windows that surround it.
The kitchen is very large and spacious with white granite countertops, dark flat maple wood cabinets, and white black and silver appliances. The kitchen comes with a countertop microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. You will find all the plates, and cookware needed within the cabinets and your utensils and silverware in the drawers. The kitchen also has a built-in bar with three bar stools if you prefer more casual dining. The kitchen also has a purified water dispenser so you always have clean water to drink and cook with. The back ocean view patio has gray ceramic tiles with palm trees. You could cook and enjoy your dinner and cocktail outside while you breathe in the salty ocean air and watch the colorful sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. The patio has a six-seat table. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with mattresses and gray and white bedding. Each side of the bed has a dark wicker nightstand and there is a large double door closet where you can hang your clothing. The room has white curtains that cover the two sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. The room also has a dresser that matches the furniture in the bedroom where you could apply makeup or set your luggage. The master bathroom has a bathtub and walking shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds with a striped white and burgundy covered bedspread. The room includes two brown bed side tables with lamps and a matching wooden dresser where you can store your folded clothing. The room also comes with a large double door closet and a sliding door with direct access to the beach.
