Comfortable and affordable. This is a 3-bedroom condo located at Paraiso del Mar on the beautiful peninsula of El Mogote across from the main Marina in La Paz, Mexico. If you're not into cooking while on vacation, the Malecon offers you a large variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Malecon is easily accessible by a breathtaking and free 8-minute water taxi from the resort.  For your easy convenience the Survivor Bar, located by the pool, offers a comfortable dining experience. The condo is fully equipped with a coffee maker, coffee, mugs, glasses, cutting board, knife, plates, and utensils, there is plenty of room in a full-sized fridge to keep fresh fruits and drinks cold.

The room also includes high-speed internet, a microwave, a comfortable king-size Serta bed, a 50-inch smart TV, a Canadian Satellite TV service, and a wicker dining set that can be used inside the spacious room on the patio. Start your mornings off with a fresh cup of coffee while sitting on the patio overlooking the spectacular golf course and the Sea of Cortez and end your day with a glass of wine and a long walk on the beach at sunset. While staying at Paraiso del Mar, you have access to the many amenities available at the resort. Relax on the many lounge chairs or hammocks surrounding the 50-meter infinity pool, hot tub, and swim-up bar. For a more active holiday, the resort offers free use of many pedal bikes as well as free access to pickleball and tennis courts that have been recently refinished for your enjoyment. There are also kayaks and paddle boards for paid use through an on-site rental office. If you are a golfer, the golf course is a very affordable Arthur Hills links design that offers club and cart rentals.
