This is an amazing 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 3^rd floor unit in Paraiso del Mar Resort.  The Paraiso del Mar is located on El Mogote a small peninsula in La Paz, BCS Mexico. The beach is beautiful for sun bathing and swimming. The waves are rather calm here and the pools are like a treasure chest. The Paraiso del Mar resort offers amenities like a swim up bar, Jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, bar, golf court, tennis court, and even a convenience store. This resort has it all and will leave you very satisfied with your stay here. This unit can occupy 6 guest very comfortably. The living room has a dark brown sofa that pulls out to a comfortable bed for two additional guests, one side chair, coffee table and two end tables with lamps. The entertainment unit opposite the couch has a TV and DVD. The unit also comes with Satellite with sport and new channels and Wi-Fi service. The dining room has a dark brown wood table with 4 matching chairs. All the interiors have been decorated with colorful cushions that gives a Mexican Style to this gorgeous property. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that open to your own private 3^rd floor terrace where you will find a patio table with seats for 4, enjoy your evenings cooking on the grill.

The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting light colored granite counter tops. The appliances are silver and black and include a built in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove. There are also many small counter top appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. You will find just about everything needed for cooking and entertaining within the pantry, cabinets and drawers. The kitchen also has a built in bar with stools beneath. The bar is a great place to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew or for a quick midday meal. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with a wood frame and a light brown bedding set with different color cushions. The room has two bed side tables, dresser, a TV and a small desk. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of marble surrounds. The bathtub is perfect to calm and relax there is also a walk in shower and there are plenty of fresh clean towels nearby. The 2^nd bedroom has two full size beds on a black iron frame. The room has a dresser, bed side table and its own bathroom.

The patio has been furnished with a dining table set to seat four. This is the perfect place to watch the magnificent sunsets or to just enjoy hours of people watching.
