This is one of the most exquisite 2 bedrooms and 3 bathroom ground floor units within the Paraiso del Mar Resort. Paraiso Del Mar is located on El Mogote peninsula in La Paz, BCS. The Mogote is just across the bay of the beautiful city of La Paz. The 10 years’ development is a great place to enjoy the nature and the sea. A 18 holes golf course, two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and a tennis court are part of this lovely place.   
 
The living room of this unit has been furnished with two matching wicker chairs and a white leather couch. In between the sofas there is a very lovely glass top coffee table that has been decorated with sea shells found by our guests on the beach area.  This family room also has an entertaining center with a 32” plasma TV, stereo and DVD player.The living room has sliding glass doors that open all the way across the wall for a magnificent panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez.

The dining room has been furnished with a large modern rectangular wood dining table with seating for 6 people. Two sides have a wood chairs and there are two wood bench on the other sides. The kitchen has very sleek and modern kitchen cabinets with complimenting white granite counter tops. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances which include a built in microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a blender, toaster and coffee maker. The drawers and cupboards have been filled with everything needed to cook and entertain your family and friends.The kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stools underneath. This area makes the perfect spot to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew. 

The master bedroom has a large King size iron backboard bed with a plush down comforter filled duvet in a bright white color. There are matching bedside tables and a very traditional dresser to store your clothing. The master bathroom has a lovely well-lit double sink vanity with wood framed mirrors. The bathtub is separated from the shower and its perfect to relax while you take a hot bath.

The 2^nd bedroom has two very comfortable dark iron beds with matching down filled comforters in bright white. There is a matching bedside table and dresser. The room also has sliding glass doors with patio access. The 2^nd bathroom has double sink vanity with a marble shower and clear glass door.

The patio has been furnished with a dining table set to seat 6 people and 1 lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing or reading your favorite book. The patio gives a completely unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez as well as the entire Paraiso del Mar property. The patio is perfect for dining or for kicking back with a cocktail while watching the sunrise or sunset over the ocean. This unit has ceiling fans throughout as well as all the comforts needed to feel right at home. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.  You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit A 102 of Paraiso del Mar .
