This chain restaurant is the vision of Yavonne and Wade Sarber, who opened the first Agave & Rye in Covington, Kentucky, in 2018. From the start, Yavonne and Wade wanted diners to have an EPIC experience. These are unique in that they are double-shelled with a crunchy corn and flour shell. Add a "Love Cushion" of queso or guacamole between the shells for an additional cost.

The Rooster features crispy chicken with mac' n cheese and Nashville hot sauce. Sweet pickles top this handheld and complement the chicken's spiciness.
