Twisted Sugar in Heber City is operated by Marissa and her father, Aaron Boyer. Aaron had the idea of opening a business where Marissa could utilize her experience running a small cookie business in Arizona. They found the proposition of opening a Twisted Sugar franchise to be a natural fit. 

Their journey was not without challenges. The couple tackled head-on the arduous task of finding a location in Heber and remodeling it to fit the franchise's aesthetic. Their hard work culminated in a grand opening celebrating their new business, dedication, and perseverance.

Marissa's approach to baking ensures that each cookie is a handcrafted gem, with no two cookies the same. This commitment to quality and freshness resonates throughout their offerings, from the cookies to the drinks. 

Twisted Sugar takes pride in its drink machines, which use triple-filtered water and copper piping to ensure the perfect beverage every time.

Twisted Sugar's commitment to the community is evident in its employment of local high school students, who create a vibrant and youthful atmosphere. This dedication to local engagement was further exemplified during the Boyers' participation in the Market on Main, where they became familiar faces, contributing to and embracing the local culture.

In Heber City, a distinctive mosaic tile floor complements this theme, adding a personal touch that sets it apart.
