Place was clean and large enough for a family of four. Wasn't told ahead of time it was upstairs. Luckily everyone was able to walk the stairs without trouble. We weren't told where to put the garbage so it piled up all week. The day we arrived, while we were unpacking the cars, we received a mean note to move our extra car or it would be towed. The community members were not welcoming. We would say good morning or hello to the lady downstairs and never received a response. The code to get into the place didn't make us feel secure. I think someone was in the place while we were at the beach. Someone else was controlling the air conditioner. We couldn't turn it down below 75 for several days. It was hot and uncomfortable. The person below the condo let her dog outside each morning at 6am. Leaving him bark and wine for almost an hour each morning. Very strange place. Would not recommend. Place was clean and large enough for a family of four but there were a lot of unexplained things happening and no one to talk to about them. When we book with Airbnb or vrbo we have constant communication from the property owner. This place had zero communication with property owner. First time renting with vacasa. Not sure if it was the owner that was strange or vacasa. Beach was beautiful. Water was perfect. St. Augustine was a very nice place to visit. Will return to St augustine in the future but won't stay here.

Really cute and updated place to stay. Having 2 full bathrooms is really nice, so the kids had one, and we had the other. We've stayed places before where all 5 of us share a bathroom. It's doable, but certainly not ideal. So the 2 bathrooms here was a huge plus! The beach that it is on was amazing. All 5 of us loved our time at the beach. I would recommend this place to others for sure. A couple things to note: the downstairs neighbor is on the grouchy side. We aren't noisy or hyper people, but she came up and pounded on the front windows and told us how noisy we are, and she was very upset. I looked at my watch thinking that it must have been much later than I realized, and it was only 10:07pm. I realize that's not early for some people, but she acted like we were a college fraternity throwing a kegger and that it was 1:00 in the morning. I apologized and she went on her way. I think the bones of the place are just pretty old, so even normal walking upstairs might sound really loud downstairs. That is how my personal home is--the bones are old, so when someone walks upstairs, it's pretty loud downstairs. Anyway, we made it a point to tiptoe. If you have young and rambunctious kids, this might not be the place for you. We got the vibe that the downstairs neighbor is a local and not vacationers like we were. Second thing is they didn't have enough pool/beach towels for us. The place is advertised to accommodate 6 people and there were only 4 pool/beach towels. I reached out to Vacasa and they dropped off a bag of towels, but the beach towels they brought looked and felt really old and gross. I don't know if they were some of one of the employees personal towels and they were willing to cast them off, or what the situation was. We were glad to get more towels, but they were old and kinda gross. Hopefully going forward, they will just have 6 towels there to begin with. It was a great beach vacation with the family, nevertheless! We loved our time there!

This condo was very charming and quiet. We were extremely comfortable with the furniture and set up of the home. The pool was 10 steps away and the beach was a 5 min walk. Beautiful beach that was quiet and not too crowded. There is a fresh seafood store 3 mins away on foot- we cooked most of our meals from there. There’s also a coffee/ice cream shop about 10 mins away on foot and you can walk the beach to get there. Beach chairs are provided with the rental also. We would love to visit again. Great rates also!
