To celebrate this unique vacation rental, Casago has launched the “May the 4th Be with You Sweepstakes,” offering enrolled participants the chance to win a 3-night, 4-day stay at the luxurious Star Wars-themed condo. The winner will be chosen on May 4th, 2023.

Casago’s May the 4th Be with You Sweepstakes Official Rules:
- Eligibility: The Casago May the 4th Be with You Sweepstakes is open to legal residents
of the United States and Mexico who are 21 years or older as of the date of entry. The
Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law and are subject to all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations. Employees of Casago and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors, as well
as members of their immediate family and those living in the same household, are
ineligible to participate.
- Sponsorship: Casago, located at 15475 N Greenway Hayden Loop B2, Scottsdale, AZ
85260, is the sponsor of this sweepstakes.
- Agreement to Rules: By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to abide by the Official
Rules and the decisions of Casago, which are fully and unconditionally binding. The
sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time. By
entering, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate and agree to
accept the sponsor’s decisions as final.
- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 10th, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard
Time and ends on May 4, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Entries must be
received within the specified entry period to be eligible.
- How to Enter: Eligible entrants must submit an entry via the online form provided at
https://casago.com/blog/may-the-4th-be-with-you-sweepstakes/. Your entry must meet all requirements specified in the Official Rules
to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules
will be disqualified at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Prizes: The winner of the sweepstakes will receive a prize of 4 nights and 5 days at the
Galaxy Star Wars-themed condo at Encantame Towers in Playa Encanto, Sonora,
Mexico. The prize value may differ at the time of award and is determined solely by the
sponsor. There will be no cash or prize substitution except at the sponsor’s discretion.
The prize is non-transferable, and the winner is responsible for all expenses related to
the prize, including taxes. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for the
sponsor to use their likeness, entry, and name for advertising, marketing, and trade
purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected by a random drawing supervised by the sponsor and will be notified by email within 5 days of selection, to be
held by May 5, 2023. The sponsor is not responsible for the winner’s failure to receive
notifications due to email security settings or incorrect contact information. If the winner
fails to claim the prize within 30 days or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be
forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The sponsor reserves the right to
verify the winner’s eligibility.
- Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry, you understand and agree that the
sponsor and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to use your
submission, name, photo, likeness, and biographical information for news, publicity,
advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations, worldwide and
without limitation, in perpetuity.
- Terms & Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or
terminate the Casago May the 4th Be With You Sweepstakes if unauthorized human intervention, bugs, viruses, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control impact or
corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Sweepstakes. In
such cases, the Sponsor may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received
before and/or after the action taken. Entrants who tamper with or attempt to interfere with
the entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified. The Sponsor
may void entries for any reason, including but not limited to multiple entries from the
same user, use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering, or
attempts to damage the website or undermine the legitimacy of the Sweepstakes. Any
such attempts may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to
seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold
harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion
agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers from any and
all claims, liability, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur directly or
indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or the Winner accepting, possessing,
using, or misusing the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate
information, technical failures, unavailability of transmissions, phone or internet service,
unauthorized intervention, or any errors in the entry process or administration of the
Sweepstakes.
- Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and Arizona,
without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this
promotion, the Entrant agrees to resolve any disputes exclusively before a court located
in Arizona, without resorting to any form of class action. The Entrant waives all rights to
punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees,
other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Sweepstakes.
- Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy
stated on the Casago website.
- Winners List: You may obtain a copy of the Winner’s name(s) or a copy of these Official
Rules by sending a request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Casago at
15475 N Greenway Hayden Loop B2, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Requests must be
postmarked no later than 6/4/2023, 8 a.m. PST.
- By submitting an entry to the Casago May the 4th Be with You Sweepstakes, you
affirmatively agree to all of the Official Rules.
