• Take I-5 North towards Portland, which is approximately an hour's drive.
• As you approach Portland, look for signs for City Center and take exit 299A.
• Continue on SW Harbor Dr. Drive to SW Moody Ave.
• Park in any of the public parking spaces available nearby.
• The bridge is easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or public transit from this point.
