Sybaris Bistro: Menu & Drinks

Sybaris Bistro is an innovative Pacific Northwest (PNW) cuisine restaurant offering a fresh menu monthly. The tantalizing flavors from around the world will have your taste buds dancing. Sybaris Bistro is considered one of the finest restaurants in the Willamette Valley with its gourmet menu, extensive Northwest-centered wine list, and a full bar.

One of their must-try starters offered during summer is the Tomato Sampler. Sourced from Sunrise Organic Farm, these tomatoes are impeccably fresh, drizzled with Lustau sherry vinegar, basil oil, and a sprinkling of Maldon sea salt. The combination of flavors celebrates the region's bounty and the eatery's farm-to-table philosophy.

Their Mixed Greens salad is another standout. The coarse mustard vinaigrette dressing adds a tangy punch to the fresh, crisp greens, making for a light yet flavorful starter.

Moving to entrees, the selections change monthly and are always varied, unique, and delicious. An example is the Sautéed Petrale Sole served with mussel and green apple mouclade, basmati, and Fall green subric (a light and fluffy dish.)

The dessert menu showcases mouth-watering delights like the Asian Spotted Dick. This scrumptious treat takes a steamed matcha-candied ginger scone and adds yuzu marmalade and fresh ginger pouring custard.

Regarding drinks, Sybaris Bistro offers a variety of specialty cocktails and an extensive wine list focused on Northwest selections. Their cocktail menu changes regularly, but one can expect imaginative concoctions that complement their food offerings beautifully.

When you crave exceptional cuisine paired with superb wines, a meal at Sybaris Bistro will please the palate.
