The story of Swift Creek Cafe goes back nearly a century and crosses several borders with the Moreno family. The coffee estate of Finca Don Bosco was founded in Central America by the maternal grandmother of the Moreno family, where their values of tradition, conservation, sustainability, and respect for the land were cemented into their ethos. These are traditions that the grandson, Christian, has brought with him to Whitehead.

Today, the Swift Creek Cafe is a testament to the enduring values of the family and Montana's mountain communities. It pays homage to the area's logging and railway heritage while embracing the vibrant culinary scene that has emerged in Whitefish.
