The story of Blackstar BrewPub dates back to the mid-1990s when the original building was built for the Great Northern Brewing Co. by renowned architect Joe Esherick. Great Northern Brewing Co. faded away, but the structure remained, and Blackstar folks wanted to ensure Whitefish didn't lose the beautiful local landmark.

Now, with three stories, multiple balconies and terraces, and some of the best views in all of Whitefish (and possibly the state), Blackstar BrewPub has become the place for locals and tourists to gather and enjoy fresh beer, delicious food, and good company.
