About

South of Tulum is a dining hotspot on sugar white sand with ocean views,  Ziggy's. The eatery captures the essence of laid-back luxury in the heart of Mexico's Riviera Maya.

The eatery is part of Ziggy's Beach Club, renowned for miles of turquoise waters, swaying palms, and relaxation. Such beauty has made the beachfront restaurant a must-visit for travelers.

Ziggy's embraces Tulum's rich history with a menu showcasing traditional Mexican flavors and international inspirations. Since its inception, it has prided itself on crafting dishes made from locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant's proximity to Mexican landmarks like the Tulum Archaeological Site makes combining multiple activities easy. For instance, you could spend the day exploring the Mayan ruins, followed by a sunset meal at Ziggy's.

Whether you're indulging in their ceviche or savoring a perfectly cooked steak, the quality of each dish speaks volumes of the care and attention to detail that goes into the preparation.

What sets this eatery apart from others is its ability to create a dining journey that mirrors the spirit of Tulum: relaxed yet sophisticated.

An evening at Ziggy's offers a memorable experience you'll cherish long after your vacation.

Vibe

Ziggy's open-air design is heavenly, framed by swaying palms and unobstructed Caribbean views. Wooden elements and thatched roofs connect diners to the environment. The covered dining area combines minimalistic elegance with touches of local artistry.

Tables are adorned with simple yet stylish settings, perfectly complementing the picture-perfect view. During the day, sunlight bathes the area, making it cheerful. Once the sun sets, Ziggy transforms into a cozy, romantic ambiance created by soft lighting and gentle sea breezes.

Early birds will appreciate the morning's low-key atmosphere, which is ideal for breakfast before snorkeling at Cenotes Dos Ojos. Throughout the day, diners lounge on comfy beach sofas before dining. There's never a bad time of day to visit.

Ziggy's is where time slows down, allowing you to savor every bite and moment on your Tulum adventure.

Ziggy's: Menu & Drinks

With so many menus, our limited space makes listing the countless favorites impossible. Instead, we'll highlight some top picks from each.

We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and at Ziggy's, they have bountiful and delicious options. The Banana Oatmeal and Seasonal Fruit Plate are lighter meals rich with fresh fruit and yogurt.

For those wanting a stick-to-your-ribs breakfast, you can't beat the Motulenos, which are Mayan-style eggs. This hearty fare includes fried eggs, corn toast, beans, turkey breast, and peas. Mozzarella cheese, cream, and red sauce add a bit of heat and kick to the meal. Bacon and fried plantain come on the side.

The lunch crowd will marvel at the assorted taco and burger plates available. The menu also serves fresh ceviche and salads, ensuring something for everyone.

Come dinnertime, the chefs flex their muscles with creative, delicious fare. Start your dining adventure with the Yaca Dumpling. The dumplings feature jackfruit al pastor with pineapple compote, serrano pepper, coriander, onion, and a black sauce.

For your entree, the catch of the day is always a delight, while staples like Beef Barbacoa and Mahi Mahi in Mango Mustard will tantalize the taste buds.

When it comes to drinks, Ziggy's will impress! Whether it's a craft cocktail to cool off after a day at Playa Paraiso or an ice-cold beer with your toes in the sand, there's a beverage calling your name.

With its laid-back luxury and superb cuisine, Ziggy's is an ideal retreat on a Tulum getaway.
