About

In the heart of the Treasure Coast lies a dining experience that transcends the ordinary and ventures into the extraordinary: Maison Martinique Fine Dining.

With a history as rich as its menu, this establishment has served guests for decades, making it a cornerstone of the community and a must-visit spot for food lovers everywhere.

A meal at Maison Martinique is like a journey through time. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully restored historical building that dates back to the early 1900s.

Originally built as a private residence, the property has undergone several transformations over the years, from a charming inn to the fine dining establishment it is today.

Maison Martinique was acquired by Chef and co-owner Daniel Wise along with General Manager and co-owner Colleen Carr in 2012. Both meticulously curate every detail of the restaurant, from the menu to the decor, to paying homage to the building's storied past while simultaneously ushering it into the present.

With a commitment to sourcing local ingredients and a menu that changes with the seasons, Maison Martinique prides itself on offering an authentic dining experience steeped in tradition and thoroughly modern.

Maison Martinique Fine Dining serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late-night tapas on Friday and Saturday. Private dining areas are available for business or special occasions.

Vibe

The exterior of Maison Martinique oozes with historic charm, a foreshadowing of divine cuisine within.

Inside, the restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance sets the tone for the evening. The decor is a tasteful blend of classic and contemporary, with rich wood paneling, antique mirrors, and soft, subdued lighting, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

The dining room, adorned with crisp white tablecloths and fresh flowers, offers an intimate setting for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

The outdoor patio, complete with lush tropical gardens, provides a tranquil oasis for those looking to dine al fresco.

As the sun sets over the Treasure Coast, the soft glow of candlelight and the gentle rustling of palm leaves create a magical setting that is nothing short of enchanting. Dining at Maison Martinique will be a memory you'll treasure forever.

Maison Martinique Fine Dining: Menu & Drinks

The menu at Maison Martinique is influenced by French Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing the best local and seasonal ingredients.

Each dish is expertly prepared and beautifully presented, from the freshest seafood to succulent steaks.

One standout meal is the Pan-Seared Sea Bass. The chef starts with a delicate fish filet that is served with a fragrant lemon herb sauce, roasted vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes.

The Beef Wellington is a classic and hearty fare executed perfectly at Maison Martinique. Wrapped in a flaky puff pastry and served with a rich Madeira sauce, it is a feast for the senses.

The drink menu is equally impressive, featuring an extensive selection of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails.

The Maison Martinique Mule is their signature craft cocktail. This refreshing drink blends vodka, ginger beer, and fresh lime juice served over ice in a copper mug.

Wine lovers will love the extensive wine list featuring selections from around the world, carefully chosen to complement the menu.
