An example is the Almond Crusted Seared Ruby Red Trout. This fish entree includes pan-roasted fingerling potatoes, house-made basil pesto, and a brown butter sauce.

When craving something from the grill, opt for the 10oz Buffalo NY Strip Steak. The steak is grilled to your liking and comes with whipped Yukon gold potatoes and blackberry sage demi.
