About

The snow-capped Rocky Mountains harkens one's imagination to Bavaria, where skiing, beer halls, and sausages abound.

Instead of booking a trip to Germany for such attractions, go to Ein Prosit in Frisco.

The quaint restaurant offers a tantalizing taste of Bavarian culture right amid the Rockies.

Translated as "A Toast" in English, Ein Prosit lives up to its name, offering a joy-filled atmosphere, a large selection of international beers, and delectable sausages that bring the flavor of Bavaria right to Colorado.

Founded by a passionate beer enthusiast who wanted to share his love for German brews and bratwursts, Ein Prosit has quickly grown into a beloved hotspot for locals and tourists.

Ein Prosit is where you can enjoy a hearty meal and a cold pint while soaking up the authentic Bavarian ambiance. The rustic wooden interiors, long communal tables, and traditional German folk music form a welcoming and unique setting.

Their beer selection is outstanding, with 17 draft lines dedicated to the finest German and Belgian brews. Each beer is carefully selected to represent a specific style and region, from light, refreshing pilsners to rich, dark stouts.

Their food menu is no less impressive. At its heart, Ein Prosit is a sausage grill offering a range of authentic German and exotic sausages, all sourced from high-quality, local ingredients.

Whether you prefer a classic Bratwurst or wish to tantalize your taste buds with their wild boar sausage, every bite will surely be a delight.

Visiting Ein Prosit is a cultural journey that transports you to the heart of Bavaria. So, the next time you're in Summit County, don't miss out on experiencing this slice of German hospitality.

Vibe

Ein Prosit is reminiscent of a traditional Bavarian beer hall but is located in Summit County. The meticulously maintained exterior, with its warm wooden accents and inviting greenery, immediately sets the stage for an immersive cultural experience.

Stepping inside, the vibe at Ein Prosit is jovial, warm, and relaxed. The interior, adorned with vintage oak furnishings and dimmed lighting, exudes an old-world charm that is nostalgic and comforting.

The long, communal tables encourage conversation and camaraderie, cultivating a sense of community. The walls are adorned with authentic German memorabilia and beer steins, further enhancing the overall authenticity of the venue.

The scent of hearty German cuisine wafts from the kitchen, mingling with the aromatic notes of various beers served at the bar.

At Ein Prosit, every detail is designed to forge a rich, immersive experience. It's not just about the food and drink; it's about creating memories, making connections, and enjoying a distinctly unique and homely atmosphere.

Whether you're a beer connoisseur or love a good conversation, Ein Prosit offers a vibrant and welcoming environment that appeals to all.

Ein Prosit: Menu & Drinks

While you won't find traditional German meals like Schnitzel and Spätzle at Ein Prosit, you'll find an array of sausages and sandwiches.

All their sausages are homemade, like the traditional favorites Prosit Oktoberfest Beer Brat, Frankfurter, and Käsekrainer.

Where the beer garden shines is some of their exotic sausages featuring duck, elk, antelope, rabbit, pheasant, and even rattlesnake!

A popular and unique choice is the Elk Jalapeno Cheddar sausage.

While elk meat is lean, the sausage is juicy, and its gamey flavor adds richness to the meal. The spicy jalapeno gives the sausage a kick, and the pickle cools the palate.

For non-sausage lovers, try one of their delicious sandwiches like the Turkey Brie and Fig or Prosit Reuben. German-style sides are available, as is a Bavarian hot pretzel. Be sure to save room for dessert and sample their homemade apple strudel!

Ein Prosit's beer list is too extensive to list, but suffice it to say they have something for everyone. They offer a few cocktails and have a small wine list, but let's be honest: you're at a German beer hall. Order some beer!
