About
Snowshoe Village is the hub for all things on Snowshoe Mountain! The village models old European architecture; It's especially charming in the winter time when the snow covers everything and there are holiday decorations everywhere.
What's in Snowshoe Village
Here you will find over a dozen shops, restaurants, and rental shops. In addition, this is also where most people start and end their day on the slopes. So, it's usually filled with people, making it the most lively hotspot on the mountain.
Shops
Are you looking for new gear or souvenirs? The Village is the best place to start looking. For souvenirs, we recommend paying a visit to the locally owned WV Market. They offer awesome stickers, postcards, jewelry, trinkets, decor, and more! A more unique store you'll find in the village is called Hops, Vines, & Spirits. At this boutique store, you can purchase specialty alcoholic beverages.
Restaurants
Most of the restaurants on the mountain are within the village. Some popular favorites include Firefox Grille, The Junction Ale House, Old Spruce Tavern, and more. If you're looking for somewhere to grab a quick, pick-me-up beer (without food) make a stop at the Old Spruce Draft House. If you want a place to get your morning coffee, they even have a Starbucks in the Village.
Rentals
As for rentals, you'll find these shops near the Depot. The Depot is next door to Shaver's Centre and Expedition Station. This is where you pick up your lift tickets.
Some rental services and stores you can choose from include Expedition Station and the Mountain Adventure Center. Expedition Station offers lockers and lessons.
