There's something about having a tasty burger at the beach, and at Outriggers, the RIgg Burger won't disappoint. This heaping handheld uses 8 oz of a chef-select blend of brisket, short rib, and ground chuck to create one of the juiciest patties around. Dress it up with condiments and a side, and you'll be singing Jimmy Buffett's "Cheeseburger in Paradise" all night long.

For an entree, consider the classic Royal Red Shrimp and Grits. This Creole staple uses jumbo red shrimp served in a five-cheese roasted red pepper congaree and penn grits. Spicy Datil tomato creole, grilled andouille sausage, and unique flavors make this Southern comfort meal to remember.
