Lillie by the Sea

Lillie by the Sea is completely remodeled and updated in Fall 2018. Located in idyllic Summerland, a classic California beach town that is just south of Santa Barbara.  The home is a 5-minute walk from cozy Summerland cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, a wine-tasting bar, and several retailers. The closest beach is only a 10-minute walk away, accessed via Lookout Park, which has a children’s playground and a paved trail leading down the bluff to the long and wide white-sand beach.
  
The front deck has a bistro table and chairs, providing a view of the ocean and its perfect sunsets.  Entering into the home leads you to a fun beach vibe interior with gorgeous wood floors, crisp white walls, and cozy modern décor. The living room has a giant curved glass window that looks out to the Pacific Ocean. Relax on the sectional sofa while enjoying time with friends, or turn on the large flat-screen TV and curl up to watch a movie.  If you feel like taking a break from the world-class cuisine that the neighboring towns of Santa Barbara and Montecito have to offer, utilize the fully-equipped and completely remodeled kitchen.  There is a dining table inside that seats 6.  There is also an outdoor table for six on the back deck that is accessed through the kitchen’s French doors.

A chef’s gas BBQ can help bring an essential flame-broiled flavor to every meal.  In the mornings, you can grab your cup of Joe from the Keurig coffee maker before you head out for a fun day of activities.  At the end of your day, you may want to enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail by the outdoor gas fire pit with a built-in wrap-around bench.  Both bedrooms and the master bathroom have modern ceiling fans to help keep the in-room climate to your liking.  There is a private deck off the second bedroom, for another view of the gleaming ocean.  Both bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, and the Master bath has a large and welcoming newly remodeled walk-in tile shower.

The inside fireplace is for looks only and is not functional. 

Nearby Beaches: Lookout Park Beach 0.5 miles (walking distance) - Loon Point Beach Trail 1.0 mile (Pro Tip! This is practically a secret gem, Shhhh... don't tell anyone!) - Padaro Beach 2.7 miles (limited parking and you walk over railroad tracks so be alert, watch the kids and get here early for a good parking space) - Carpinteria State Beach 5.7 miles (Known as the worlds safest beach) - Butterfly Beach 3.0 miles(limited parking  but worth it for the views.) And, of course, one of the best surf beaches on earth, Rincon, is only 9 miles to the South.
