You can also take advantage of the community pool conveniently located just outside your front door, as well as Flour Bluff HEB for all of your shopping needs, a quick jaunt away. Up to two family dogs are welcome to join you as you make yourself at home on the covered patio in your private enclosed 6” secured yard. The home's open interior is tastefully decorated with coastal wall art. The group's chef will have everything they need to prepare a picnic in the lovely well-equipped kitchen. If all you want to do is cool off in the central A/C after a full day of surf and sand, the plush sofa is just the place to relax in front of the big, wall-mounted cable TV. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, a washer/dryer on-site, four beach chairs, a rollaway bed in the outside storage closest, as well as, pool toys and games. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
