Princeville Mauna Kai 9

From the moment we stepped into the rental, we were blown away! The layout is incredibly spacious, packed with natural light, and has the most wonderful bright and airy atmosphere. After long days of exploring Princeville, falling into those comfy beds felt like absolute heaven. The property itself is beautifully kept and fully loaded for the perfect vacation. We loved having a full kitchen to whip up breakfast, and they truly thought of everything for our beach time. We were set with plenty of fresh towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear! About the location, you couldn't ask for a better launchpad for North Shore fun. It’s just a short, beautiful stroll to the beach and a quick drive to all the best local attractions. Plus, winding down on the pleasant outdoor lanai or taking a refreshing dip in the pool made our Kauai stay absolutely unforgettable.

The location in Princeville was great and the little neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very peaceful and relaxing. The house had everything needed for day trips to the beach including towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear. We didn't even use the pool during our stay because the beaches were so great but it was nice to have access to the option. Definitely felt like a home away from home with space for everyone to have their own room, full kitchen for cooking meals and a nice outdoor patio. Would highly recommend and would book this exact unit again in the future.

Great location for North Shore activities and other shores only a short drive away. Condo is roomy and includes extras like coolers and boogie boards. Condo is roomy and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to all of the places of interest on the North side. Well kept and fun stay. Even came with beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella!

This rental was overall slightly dirtier than we expected (some utensils had food stuck on them, floors were dirty) but the biggest problem with the beds had sand and hair as though they weren't replaced. We tried to replace the sheets on our own, but had a hard time find sheets that fit our bed. While we were replacing sheets, we noticed stains that resembled mildew on the bed itself (Vacasa did offer to replace the bed). It was quite hot when we were there and while the rental had a lot of fans, none of them were very strong, and the rental didn't get a good cross breeze so it was uncomfortably warm. A few things in the rental were slightly broken (door hinges, screen door) and there weren't shades for some of the windows which contributed to it being hot. Brightside, the rental was equipped with a lot of supplies for the beach (3 beach umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, and more). Overall, I would not recommend.

This home was perfect: - comfy beds - beautiful kitchen with plenty of pots/pans, plates and glasses - tons of beach towels and bath towels - washer/dryer which came in clutch for drying our beach towels every night for the next day - ample parking - a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Hanalei and Kilauea - hot water, good WiFi, and access to the pool was an awesome bonus Would definitely stay here again!
