Kona Bali Kai #351

We stayed for 5 days in this condo. It was okay but we have definitely stayed at better places on the island. If you are looking for a place with a lot of amenities that will help you on island like beach chairs, etc then this is not it. There is some snorkel great but that is it. They make sure to clean everything out of the kitchen so there is nothing for cooking unless you buy it, including salt and pepper. Vacasa always has good customer service so that is a plus. It was a cheaper place and there is a small beach across the street but don’t plan on spending much time on the lanai since it is very small. Good WiFi and cable.

Place has everything you need

Place was great for popping in and out of things north and south of Kona. The greeting snacks were nice. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and mostly comfortable. It had many appliances in the kitchen to be helpful. There are 2 fans which are needed because the AC doesn't make it back to the bedroom. Plus there is no glass on the windows, only screens, so the air is sucked out even with the shutters closed. The view is not stunning, but it is quiet and the back view is pleasant. You can see the sunset from the front lanai over the buildings. The pool across the street is refreshing and pleasant. The beaches across the street aren't great. There is Wana (sea urchin) everywhere, so swimming off the beach is a HUGE challenge. It is a nice and comfortable place to return if you are going to be out most of the time.

Nosso tempo em Kona foi incrível. Tudo perfeito na acomodação. Limpeza, utensílios de cozinha, roupas de cama e banho….tudo impecável. Voltaria com certeza.
