Kona Bali Kai #265 was appreciated for its strong value, clean and comfortable studio layout, and thoughtful setup for a pleasant stay. Guests highlighted the well-stocked kitchen, furnished lanai, convenient parking, and attractive property grounds with beautiful landscaping and a pool. The condo was described as very clean, well arranged, and well outfitted for cooking and relaxing, with air conditioning and fans adding to the comfort. Its location was praised for being convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, and the airport, while also serving as a great base for exploring the Kona side of the island. Loved the location - and the ocean view was great! However- definitely know before coming that you are on the opposite side of the road and not ocean front. We really enjoyed the property grounds and doing a sunset bbq or two. The room is super basic (not even a dresser), but hey you're not in Hawaii to be in your room I suppose so as a place to drop our bags and lay our heads at night, it suited our needs!

I loved that it was conveniently located, not far from the airport. Easy access to the ocean front for Amazing sunsets, and good assistance from the property management I wish it wasn’t located on a such busy street, which wasn’t in the listing description, making it difficult to use the balcony to enjoy the ocean view
