The quality of the room is far below what we paid for. The pictures show nice rooms, but in reality, they’re mostly dark due to the old light fixtures. The kitchen drain also has a bad smell.

Room was clean and easy to check into and was close to everything we wanted to do in Kona.

The condo was appealing because of the price as we were looking to keep the cost as low as possible. The wifi was great and the main bedroom was very comfortable. The living room pull-out bed was nice since we piled the kids there for the night, but the spring mattress was partially collapsed which was uncomfortable for them. Having access to the pool and hot tub was nice however the temperature of the hot tub was closer to the temperature of a pool and the pool was as cold as the ocean. Unfortunately, there was a serious ant problem (ants were running up and down the kitchen walls and behind the oven). We made a concerted effort not leave any food out and clean up really good every night, but they were everywhere and unfortunately even after filing a complaint, no effort was made to clear out the ants. I would not recommend this property even for budget spenders like us.
