Inside, continue to enjoy the sunshine from the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows. The comfortable seating and Smart TV are the perfect combination for family movie nights, whereas the well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. The bedrooms are equally plush with their high-quality linens, TVs, and nautical-themed decorations. Perks like a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the stellar interior perks. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort. All carpet flooring was replaced with new vinyl plank flooring, May 2025.

Poor directions, no email for directions on where to get keys, you have to drive out of the gated area to even get to heated pool or tub areas. Disappointing experience

This was a girl trip with three generations. We loved the layout, the furnishings, the lagoon view, and the location inside Wyndham. Will definitely try to rent this one next year for our annual trip.

We book this home at Egret's Point because my husband grew up going here with his parents and we wanted to offer a taste of how fun it was to our children. The home has been updated nicely and was comfortable and nostalgic. Check in and out was smooth. Wish there could be door codes instead of having to pick up a key. Feels like an outdated practice. We didn't have access to the amenities of Egret's Point (pool, mini golf) so renters should know that going to the property.
