Bite Restaurant: Menu & Drinks

Bite Restaurant's menu is a testament to their commitment to quality and innovation. The American tapas on the menu are a fusion of traditional and contemporary, strongly emphasizing fresh, local ingredients. 

Medjool Dates are a tasty combination of bacon, dates, blue cheese, and honey. It's the perfect combo of tang, saltiness, and sweetness. 

Nothing says American food like a hamburger! Try any of their sliders for a creative spin on the backyard classic. The Sirloin Cheeseburger features tomato, lettuce, Jack cheese, and comeback sauce. 

Another standout is the pork baby back ribs slathered in Korean BBQ glaze and the scallops in a red Thai curry sauce with house-made kimchi and grits.

Bite Restaurant also creates delicious craft cocktails. A great example is Trouble in Paradise, filled with reposado Tequila, ginger, orange curacao, benedictine, cinnamon, guava, tamarind, lime, and orange bitters.

The Northside is a simpler libation showcasing Tahoe Blue Vodka, Suze Gentian aperitif, lime, and fresh mint.
