Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana was established in 2005 to recreate pizza like Napoli, Italy, has for over 200 years. They are so committed to serving authentic Napoletana-style pizza that they are the first Verace Pizza Napoletana-certified pizzeria in the United States. 

Napoletana is a thin-crust pizza cooked in a brick oven. The crust isn't crispy but foldable, like NY-style pizza. 

You'll taste the Napoletana difference in their Italian restaurant no matter which of their six locations you dine at. They use only quality ingredients like certified DOC ("controlled designation of origin") Italian mozzarella.

Located in The District in Henderson, Nevada, Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana serves wood-fired pizza in unique, artisan varieties. They also offer traditional choices like Margherita pizza. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan pizzas are also available.

Settebello Pizzeria serves traditional Italian cuisine like bruschetta and prosciutto platter. Save room for dessert and try any flavor of gelato, a piece of tiramisu, or their Nutella Pizza Piccola. 

Settebello Pizzeria doesn't offer online ordering or delivery, but you can call for carry-out. They are open Sunday-Thursday from 12:00-9:00 PM and Friday-Saturday from 12:00-10:00 PM.

Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana reflects the elegance of other boutiques in The District area and has long, tall windows to allow ample sunlight inside. The Italian pizzeria is long, and the interior combines industrial with Tuscany charm. 

Vaulted ceilings allow restaurant noise to dissipate, and the overhead ventilation is an antique bronze color. At eye level, earth-tone colors, tiles, and pictures capture the Napoli theme, adding warmth to the Italian restaurant's laid-back vibe. 

Chefs work in the open, and their tiled wood-fired kiln is in the corner. A stack of wood lies nearby, and the aromas of garlic, dough, and fire tantalize the senses. 

Guests dine at simple tables set in the open or have the option of small booths for a more intimate dinner. Weather permitting, guests may choose to dine outdoors on the small terrace. 

Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana serves alcoholic beverages and is a family-friendly restaurant. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxed, while the service is top-notch, prompt, and friendly.

Like BBQ, there are many styles of pizza and opinions on what constitutes the best. New Yorkers hate Chicago-style pizza, and Chicagoans thump their noses at New York Pizza. You get the picture. 

The same is true of Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana in Henderson, Nevada. Their specialty is serving Napoli-style pizza cooked in a wood-burning kiln. So if you expect thick, crusted pizza, you'll be disappointed—Ditto for a crispy crust. 

While some online reviewers complained about the pizza being "soggy" and "limp," this is the Neapolitan-style pizza, where overcooking is viewed as a dishonor to the ingredients. And they pile on the toppings making the center heavier and less cooked. 

For an appetizer, I tried the bruschetta and caprese salad, and both were tasty and fresh. I liked that the balsamic vinegar glaze came in a bottle that I could add to my liking on Caprese salad.

I ordered my pizzas to be cooked longer for a crispier crust and tried the Settebello pizza covered with various meats and pancetta. It was divine! Another favorite is the Margherita, which showcases DOC mozzarella cheese that is rich and creamy. 

The service at Settebello was friendly, genuine, and competent, and the food was on point. With artisan flavors and authentic Napoletana pizza, Settebello Pizzeria delivers some of the best pizzas in Henderson, Nevada.
