Jose and Selena Gutierrez, the heart and soul behind Tacos El Guero, began their culinary journey with a humble food truck at local farmer's markets. 

Originally opening in Park City, Jose and Selena relocated to Heber City to bring their unique and authentic Mexican flavors to a broader audience. A year after their successful transition, they opened a second location in Kamas, further expanding their culinary footprint.

Tacos El Guero's recipes are cherished family traditions passed down through generations. These recipes bring the taste of Mexico to Utah, and each dish is a labor of love, meticulously prepared to ensure that every bite is a reminder of "home."
