The exterior of Brixx features two large roll-up doors that lead to an outdoor patio bar top, offering a seamless transition from the indoor to the refreshing outdoor setting. Brixx Craft House offers a menu with creative options that promise to satisfy any palate on a Garden Valley visit. Starting with the Shareables, the Ahi is a standout, featuring seared togarashi-spiced tuna complemented by ponzu aioli, ponzu sauce, pickled cucumber, fresh ginger, and wasabi—a symphony of flavors that is both refreshing and invigorating. 

For meat lovers, the Kobe Beef Sliders are a must-try. They are a gourmet delight with arugula, blue cheese, mayo, and pickled onion, all in a soft brioche bun. They offer a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
