About

In addition to being a wine bar offering light bites, local beer, and handcrafted cocktails, the on-site Bottle Shop at Elevated Pour provides the opportunity to take a carefully selected bottle back to your vacation rental in Angel Fire. Liven up happy hour at home by also grabbing one of their signature charcuterie boards or curated provisions.

Elevated Pour brings together three couples, each with deep ties to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and a clear goal: create a space rooted in community and elevated by flavor.

Managing partners Matt and Mia came from Texas with decades of combined hospitality experience. Their backgrounds span fine dining, catering, bartending, and management. Elevated Pour is the dream they've been building toward for years.

Similarly, Mark and Robin have spent more than 20 years treating Angel Fire as their second home, raising their two sons through summers and winters. What was once a seasonal getaway, now provides a source for deeply rooted community, and the sharing of new experiences.

In addition, longtime local business owners BJ and Annie have called Angel Fire home for decades, having raised three children here. At Elevated Pour their passion for bringing people together is reflected in creating welcoming spaces in a refined setting

Together, the group of couples behind Elevated Pour have set out to offer something new while honoring the charm that makes this mountain town feel like home.

Vibe

You'll find Elevated Pour in Frontier Park, across from Angel Fire Resort. The location makes it an easy stop after a day on the slopes, the trails, or the golf course. Just walk across, kick off the day's adventure, and take a sip. Or, simply stop in when craving a great glass of wine on your Angel Fire vacation.

Inside, the space is both stylish and inviting. Think warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a polished bar that feels refined without being formal. It's a spot where you can grab a seat at the bar and chat with the bartender or gather around a table with friends and family.

The atmosphere strikes a nice balance. The mood is relaxed, social, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door.

Elevated Pour: Menu & Drinks

Wine is the heart of the experience here. The list features fine wines chosen for both seasoned sippers and those still finding their favorite pour. If you like what you taste, the on-site bottle shop lets you take a bottle back to your vacation rental.

The handcrafted cocktails show off the team's bartending roots. Each drink is built with care, so expect thoughtful flavors rather than a quick pour from a mixer. Beer fans aren't left out either, with local brews on hand that give you a taste of the region.

To round things out, the menu offers light bites made for sharing. Bites range from a selection of charcuterie boards to shareable plates, along with provisions of nuts, olives, and fresh bread. From the shareables portion of the menu, freshen things up with their Tomatoes over Ricotta, a Roasted Beet Salad, or Tuna Carpaccio. For heartier shareables, you can easily sample the Meatballs or Pork Tacos. Each of these dishes pair well with a glass of red or a cocktail and keep the evening easy and casual.

Elevated Pour offers a stylish, laid-back place to relax after a day in the mountains, with quality drinks and a crew that cares about the community. Whether you're planning a date night or a casual evening with your group, it's a stop worth adding to your vacation plans.
