This condo near Donner Lake serves as a perfect home base for any adventure! There are filtered views of Donner Lake and space for hanging out with friends or family. You are also just a short drive from the Private HOA Beach at Donner Lake (access included!) where you can enjoy a nice picnic out by the water! Feel like fishing or going for a boat ride? Enjoy easy fishing and lake access from the Donner Lake boat ramp just down the road. This condo helps you escape to your perfect family lake retreat!
*This is a split level home, stairs are required throughout. Stairs are also required to enter and exit the unit*

Parking: Parking is first come, first serve. Guests can park in either the upper lot or lower lot. Garage access for storage only. (Please no use of "toys", kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, snowshoes, skis, snowboards, etc. found in the garage)
Policies and disclosures
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-The stairs going to the upper bedrooms are somewhat steep, and can sometimes be challenging for young children, or those with mobility challenges.
-This is an older cabin and sounds travel between all of the spaces fairly easily due to its A-frame nature. Guests walking on the stairs or in the upstairs rooms may prove to be audible to those downstairs.
- Use of outdoor fire pits & BBQ's is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
