Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Convenient to the village to take in the mountain top view, enjoy concerts in the plaza. This well-appointed one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4. It has a full kitchenette with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and 4 seat dining table. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a queen bed with a 50-inch smart TV. The bathroom has a full bath.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL                   A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES         Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license, and a selfie holding their driver’s license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
