Accessible to a walking path leading to the Village, as well as a short walk to the Western Territory. You and your family will enjoy this tastefully decorated condo that is certainly equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with us. The unit has a wood-burning fireplace.

Amenities: Free Wifi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, and Free Resort Shuttle Service. Shamrock also offers a common area with a green area, a communal gas fire pit, basketball courts, a playground, and tennis courts.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
