At the Princessa de Penasco, you will have a condo right on Sandy Beach. The resort was designed so that all the five towers enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sea of Cortez. The middle of the arched design contains a green grassy courtyard with many exotic flowers and red brick walkways. The resort has 3 swimming pools to choose from, a heated Jacuzzi spa and palm frond covered beach umbrellas. The resort also gives you the option of having a work out in the ocean view fitness center or playing a game of volleyball on the sand court across the way. The resort includes on-site check-in and a wonderful cantina called Colins where you can get a cocktail and nibble on some homemade chips and salsa. This is a very safe resort with 24-hour security. This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 5th floor of the E Tower. This condo is located oceanfront with accommodations for 8 guests. You can sleep two people in each of the bedrooms and then there is a pullout sofa that can sleep another two guests. In the living room, there is a sage-colored suede sofa with a matching sage green love seat, end table, and coffee table. The room also has a maple wood entertainment center that has a TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. The condo has been wired with high-speed wireless internet so that it is easy to stay in contact with your friends and family back in the states. You can get to the terrace through a set of sliding glass doors off the living area. In the dining room, there is a unique shaped chandelier that hangs above a dark wood rectangular shaped table that has seating for 6. Behind the dining table, there is a large china cabinet in a matching wood finish that is adorned with ceramic pieces. The kitchen has a built-in tile-topped counter bar with three high back bar stools. In the kitchen, you have black on black appliances with bright white fully stocked cabinets and drawers. You could put together a really delicious feast. The master bedroom is beautiful with a king-size scrolled metal framed canopy bed that has beige and cream-colored striped bedding. The room includes a set of lighted bedside tables, a dresser with a TV and two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The room also has a large closet with full-length mirrors. The attached master bathroom has a double sink marble vanity with a tub, commode, and shower. The second bedroom has a more than comfortable queen bed, a closet with full length mirrors and a TV. In the third bedroom you will have twins beds, matching bedside tables and a dresser with a TV. You can put your clothing in the dresser or store it in the double door sliding mirrored closet. The hall bathroom has a large vanity with one mirrored sink, a commode, tub, and shower. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs so that you may enjoy a sunset meal over the Sea of Cortez. The terrace also includes a set of chaise loungers so that you can sunbathe and feel the warm ocean breeze upon your skin. In the evenings the chaise loungers are a wonderful spot to sit and try to count the stars. In the mornings you could relax with your morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the tide rolling in and out. The condo comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
