Welcome to the Princesa de Penasco, where you will have a condo right on Rocky Point famous Sandy Beach. This is a very safe resort with 24-hour security. The resort was designed so that the five towers enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sea of Cortez. The middle of the arched design contains a green grassy courtyard with many exotic flowers and red brick walkways. The resort has 3 swimming pools to choose from, a heated Jacuzzi spa and palm frond covered beach umbrellas. The resort also gives you the option of working out in our fully equipped fitness center with a beautiful ocean view or playing a game of volleyball on the sand court across the way. The resort also has BBQ grills for you to cook your steaks or hamburgers for your family. The resort includes on-site check-in where you will get your visitor's wristbands. Also drop in to our wonderful cantina called Colins where you can get a cocktail and order delicious Mexican food. This fabulous condo (E506) is a two story 3-bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 5th floor of the E Tower steps from the elevator. The master bedroom is upstairs and two bedrooms are downstairs. This beautiful condo is located on the oceanfront with accommodations for 10 guests. You can sleep two people in each of the bedrooms and then there are two pullout sofas, one upstairs and one downstairs where you can sleep another four guests. In the living room there is a sage-colored suede sofa with a matching sage green love seat, end table, and coffee table. The room also has a maple wood entertainment center that has a TV with hundreds of channels and movies you can enjoy in English or Spanish. The condo has high-speed Wi-Fi, so it is easy to stay in contact with your friends and family back in the states. There are upstairs and downstairs terraces where you can enjoy the most beautiful ocean sunsets you've ever seen. In the dining room, there is a unique shaped chandelier that hangs above a dark wood rectangular shaped table that has seating for 6. Behind the dining table, there is a large China cabinet in a matching wood finish that is adorned with ceramic pieces. The kitchen has a lovely quartz counter bar with three high back bar stools. The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances! Stove, microwave, air fryer, ice and coffee maker, and with a Waterdrop reverse osmosis water filter system. No more buying bottled water or ice for your drinks. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with utensils, cups, glasses, pots, and pans. You could put together a really delicious feast. The master bedroom is beautiful with a king-size bed. The room includes a set of lighted bedside tables, a dresser with a TV, pullout sofa, and access to the upstairs terrace. The room also has a large closet with full-length mirrors. The attached master bathroom has a double sink marble vanity with a tub, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a more than comfortable queen bed, a closet with full length mirrors, and a TV. Also comes with a window with a full view of the ocean. In the third bedroom you will have twin beds, matching bedside tables, and a dresser with a TV. You can put your clothing in the dresser or store it in the double door sliding mirrored closet. The hall bathroom has a large vanity with one mirrored sink, toilet, tub, and walk-in shower. Both upstairs and downstairs terrace are furnished with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy a sunset meal over the Sea of Cortez. The terraces are a wonderful spot to sit and try to count the stars and enjoy beautiful ocean sunsets. In the mornings you could relax with your morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the tide rolling in and out. The condo comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with all that this 5th-floor condo has to offer. You should make your travel arrangements at once!
