It’s also perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, including Playa Olas Altas and Playa Los Muertos—making it a great place to enjoy the beach by day and explore the restaurant and bar scene by night.

Getting around
Zona Romántica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife scene safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and taxis.

Other things to note
Important: Potential street and construction noise from nearby area. For reservations on the Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.
The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancellation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
