Welcome to Old Town, also commonly known as the “Romantic Zone” (Zona Romantica). This neighborhood is famous for its authentic Mexican architecture, stunning sea views and bustling LGBTQ+ nightlife. This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.
Getting around
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

*Important: The building administration allows no visitors into the units. There's some construction happening next to the building. For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected. 8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy. 9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation. 10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
