The building is currently under construction, so noise may be present during the day. Please note that there is a $50 USD fee for the replacement of a lost access card. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation. 10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
