Upon entry into Delta 1-902 you will feel like you are flying, seeing the best views of the entire Banderas Bay, from this beautiful and spacious 9th floor condominium unit . The Delta 1-902 suite is a 2 bed/2 full bath unit with large walk-in showers and a large covered terrace offering approximately 1573 sq. feet (146 m2) of luxury living on one level. Floor to ceiling retractable glass doors provide spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountain backdrop from anywhere in the unit. The unit’s location provides for wonderful viewing of wildlife, sailboats, and yachts as well as bright starlit night viewing. The unit includes both retractable blackout shades and sun shades in all rooms to be set per your preference. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and the unit also has a washer and dryer. Relax in the terrace lounge chairs off the master bedroom or the patio couches off the main living area or take time to participate in some yoga classes with the provided yoga mat.The unit includes a Weber BBQ on the terrace as well as 5 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs for those trips to the beach club or our favorite, Playa Destiladeras which is just a short drive down the road.
For your media and entertainment enjoyment there are two 50 inch Flat Screen Smart TV’s in the bedrooms and a 55 inch Flat Screen Smart TV in living room (stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, etc). The unit is fully air conditioned with individual climate controls in the bedrooms and living areas. All rooms also have a ceiling fan/light. For those who like to leave the electronics off there is an abundance of books, board games, and playing cards for all age groups.
The kitchen features all the necessary items to make your stay a comfortable one. Included in the kitchen are a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, blender, toaster, food processor, etc., as well as all the necessary dishware, glassware, flatware, cutlery, and pots and pans.There is a hot/cold filtered water dispenser as well. The kitchen bar has seating for 3 with chairs provided.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, its own closet, as well as a beautiful view of the rear mountains, with beautiful vegetation, from its window. It has a large 50 inch flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan/light as well as its own AC unit.
Living and Dining:
Delta I 902 also has a large living with comfortable sectional couch (rearrange-able), pillows and blankets. The area includes a 55 inch Flat Screen Smart TV for your media enjoyment. The expansive area includes a large dining area with large custom made perota wood table with seating for 6 people.

Jungle pool #1: Infinity edge ocean view pool with poolside lounges, tables and umbrellas. Enjoy relaxation underneath a thatched roof palapa with large dining area, terrace, nature gardens, a kids playground, and paddle tennis court. Showers and bathrooms available.
Jungle pool #2: Located directly next to Delta Tower is the newest addition to the Alamar development. This large infinity edge ocean view pool includes swim up bar seats, poolside lounges, tables, and umbrellas. The new palapa provides space for relaxed dining and there is also a new air-conditioned gymnasium, bathrooms and showers located here as well.
Beach club: Private beach club featuring exclusive use and privacy of a grand pool, chairs, umbrellas, private cabanas alongside a beautiful white sand beach. The club also includes a restaurant offering food and beverage service throughout the day with fine dinner cuisine on a tropical wood terrace with spectacular ocean front dining and views.
Security: The entire resort is completely safe and secure with 24 hour gated security entrance with able and friendly staff, assigned garage parking and routine security patrols. The unit includes an electronic keypad security lock.Each individual bedroom door can be key locked as well.
What’s nearby?
The unit is located within short driving distance of Playa Destiladeras, Bucerias, and Punta de Mita. Closer to home puts you in the town center of La Cruz where you will find that after a short walk or quick drive/cab ride you will be within reach of some great local restaurants covering all price ranges and styles. Enjoy local music and drinks at several of the venues in town that provide nightly music.
Just outside the Alamar development is the local farmer’s co-op providing fruit, vegetables, eggs and other items which will allow you to stock up daily.
The marina, which you will see from your terrace view, is also a short walk/ride away and features a farmers market on Sundays inclusive of local artisans, restaurants, artists and musicians. Come gather at the marina square, town center or walk the La Cruz Malecon for a wonderful time on Sunday’s.
