The condo is large and in a great location. That said, the furniture is dated and a bit worn, the mattresses really need to be replaced (and switched to Kings, if it were up to me), and there is limited kitchenware. There are exactly 5 large plates, 5 small plates, 5 standard size bowls, and 5 very large bowls. No measuring cups, no flat surface for cooking pancakes. We ran the dishwasher frequently because we (a family of 3) used up the dishes so quickly. It is very nice to have a laundry room in the unit. Third floor walk up and detached garage are not perfect but the garage is huge with plenty of space to park a vehicle and store whatever gear you might bring with you.
