Park your car in South Beach's parking garage and then walk everywhere you want to go. You'll have a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center. Things to Know This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

View was incredible for a side view. Loved the 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. Some trash under beds and behind dresser, but that's on the cleaning company. Loved the fact bedding and towels were provided and I didnt have to pack them. Saved on space! Loved the balcony furniture as well! Overall stay was wonderful for the week!

Beautiful condo & great location. Right on the boardwalk but didn't hear any of the riff raff since place was on side of building & up high enough to not bother us at all. We probably wouldn't stay again since there were no carts or wagons to help bring everything up to the room. I'm a little older & found it very inconvenient. We had to make 4 trips up & down to get everything in. Exhausting! The condo was quite beautiful & we enjoyed our stay
