Condo is in a great location and convenient to the beach. Only real negative that makes it a four is that furniture could use some updating, as the wear and tear is beginning to become noticeable. Otherwise it is nice and serves its purpose well for a convenient beach condo.

We loved our weekend getaway. This cute studio condo was perfect for a quick stay. I would probably go for a bigger one if you stay longer than a few nights with kids as there wasn’t much extra space when it rained for my kiddos to move around. It is right by the beach and pool and the kids loved going on the balcony and seeing the ocean and beach. The boardwalk down to the beach was great and it was very close to excellent places to eat and a cute park for the kids to go play on as well!

The condominium requires some attention and could be significantly enhanced with a few improvements. Notably, both the bed and the couch need to be replaced. It is conveniently located near the beach and offers an excellent setting.
