Luxurious home with private pool, central AC, & high-speed WiFi - walk to beach

House layout was great. Decor was beautiful. House needs a lot of attention. Doors didn't close and open properly. Lots of broken items. Vacasa was responsive however all the items didn't get repaired before our departure. The house is wonderful just needs a lot of attention.

Our family was so excited to stay at this home after seeing the pictures on the listing and reading others reviews. After our week, it’s safe to say this home has since been neglected. For the amount of money we spent on this home it was not up to the standards of care and cleanliness that we’ve experienced with other homes on the island. When we arrived we were taken away by how large the home was. There was plenty of space for all of us and we even had gobs of unused beds. What we weren’t expecting with this house was the large amount of mold upon our arrival in bedroom closets, vents, light fixtures and on the walls. Later in the week we discovered active mold in bedrooms, on smoke detectors, within the ac vents and in the laundry room. We were disappointed in the response time from Vacasa maintenance as the scheduled time for someone to come by the house was 10am and no one came until 4pm. We didn’t come on vacation to wait around the house for this issue to be taken care of. We contemplated calling the board of health as it was that bad and we had two expecting mothers in the home. The bunk bed bathroom is in need of a major overhaul as the shower is full of mold and cracked tiles. While the floor tiles move beneath your feet as the grout is all broken. In the master bathroom you couldn’t event take a bath as the stopper was broken. Many light bulbs needed replacing, bathroom sinks didn’t drain, and we were surprised with cockroaches in the home. Even the spotlights outside the home were dangling. Now the location of the house was excellent, but the private beach path that’s advertised in the listing was never able to be accessed as the codes provided to the gate were wrong. The public beach path was closer and not as jungly. As we’ve been coming to the island for over 30 years now we expect better maintained homes from your company.

Our family had the best time at your home. We live in three different states so time together was special. The weather wasn’t the best but we enjoyed the space, pool and pickleball courts. The beach access was easy and the beach was beautiful. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us!

This was a beautiful house. A few minor fixes needed but overall for any short term rental it was in very good shape, very clean. Our 9 adults, 2 children and one infant fit just fine. Tho know that the game room is needed as a bedroom but it worked just fine as such. Short to moderate walk to beach. My 85 yr old grandma did it daily just fine. We were also able to order beach umbrellas & chairs set up at the beach access area. Very close to both South Beach and Harbor Town. All in all a great location. Vacasa was also very responsive to our requests and questions.

Great layout. Mold in bedrooms that they should fix. Otherwise we loved it. More blankets needed for cold weather.

We absolutely love this home! The space is amazing plenty of room for family to join us this year, great kitchen, screened porch, study, game room and the beds, bathrooms and showers are amazing we used every space! we spent most of our indoor time in the vast great room! the most impressive part of the home is the backyard the pool and spa are amazing our favorite and we’ve been coming to the island for 25 years ! The only sad part is our week is booked next year so ill be keeping a lookout for 2026 dates to open up 😊
