Just needs a few more cooking pots, baking pans and the living room furniture updated but a great location and facilities.

4th year in a row at majestic sun. Had a great stay as usual, looking forward to returning next year

Loved everything about out experience with them!

Overall a good place for our family to sleep, tv in master limited on channels vs other two tvs, washer/dryer pretty beat up but worked, some touch ups would make a little more aesthetic

We didn't love it. Our entry was delayed by over an hour because the battery to the keyless entry system was dead--one would think this would be something that the cleaning staff would check. That said, it is almost understandable that the cleaning staff would NOT have checked this seeing as they did a poor job of cleaning. Immediately upon entry, we could feel grit all over the floor--to the point that even after we would shower, our feet would turn black within a few minutes of walking through the unit. What initially appeared to be mold on the outside of the refrigerator turned out to "only" be rust, which was unsightly. The shower gel container in the master bath was lying on the edge of the tub instead of being mounted on the wall with the other 2 containers. The tracks on the sliding doors were filthy and the glass shelves that were supposed to be on top of the bottom drawers in the fridge were missing. Your email advertised an 18 hole golf course which is, in fact only 9 holes and has not been 18 holes for as long as it has taken to build condos on what used to be the other 9 holes. The selection of TV channels in the master bedroom was extremely limited, which seemed strange given the selection in the living room, directly on the opposite side of a shared wall had far more offerings. The shower curtains were dirty in both bathrooms. We have stayed down the street at Leeward Key on multiple occasions in the past and stayed here only because we were traveling with other family members staying in their own units. We received a text inquiry asking how we liked the unit shortly after arriving and replied regarding our dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the unit, only to receive a response of "thank you." I followed up asking if this was their best response and was told someone would reach out to us. Never happened. All we received was an email saying we would receive a cleaning credit for a whole $168...seriously? We have never encountered these types of issues at Leeward Key and will certainly make sure we do not make the mistake of booking accommodations through Vacasa or at Majestic Sun in the future. The overall lack of attention to detail and cleanliness, combined with the lack of follow up left us less than impressed.

The Majestic Sun was good. Great pools and close to beach.
