This was our second time staying at Edgewater. This trip is making me second guess if we will stay there again. 3309 wasn't in the best condition. The whole place seems like it has seen too many spring breaks. The toilet ran the whole time. It barely flushed. The washer and dryer sound like they are on their last leg. The dryer was full of lint. It got all over everything. The AC was struggling to keep the place cool. The hot and cold water are on the wrong sides throughout the place. The beds aren't great. The pillows are horrible. The fitted sheets on the beds were too small. We were all fixing the fitted sheets over and over. The ice machine makes one tray of ice a day. You can hear the people above you like they were in the same villa. Footsteps and conversations. The shower heads were nice upgrades but not high enough. I kept hitting the shower head when I was washing my hair. There were what looked like a shampoo conditioner and bodywash dispenser was in the shower before but now its just the bracket. Same thing with a soap dispenser. The night before we were checking out I asked Avari if the place was open to book the next night. It was. I asked the price and they quoted me $174. I think the condition of this place, it would be otherwise vacant, and on a Monday night made me feel like that was not a good price. All and all it was like a cheap hotel stay not a Edgewater resort stay. There wasn't enough quality for the price.

This condo was perfect for our little trip to PCB. It was a convenient location and very well decorated. Owners were easy to communicate with and answered all questions and requests with ease.

It was a convenient location. But it was biker weekend and very loud. There’s also additional $50 parking that was not properly communicated upon registration.
