Take advantage of the recently-completed, on-site garage and lounge space where you can warm up in the shared three-person, infrared sauna, or grab a bike and cruise to the Arcata Marsh! Create your own story while you're here just as famous former resident, author Brett Hart, once did back in the 19th century! The large yard is shared by three other units and includes a small gas BBQ and an outdoor Ping-Pong table. A portion of the yard is fully fenced and there is a large lawn on the side of the home.

The location is great for walking to local cafes, restaurants, bars, theaters, parks, and Cal Poly Humboldt. If you want to hit the beach, this rental is just four miles from Ma-le'l Dunes Park and five miles from Humboldt Beach and the Dunes Trail. Only 40 miles north, discover the old growth redwoods in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park and Lady Bird Johnson Grove Trail, with over 100 miles of hiking trails.

A note about cleaning fees: Our cleaning fee includes a linen fee and ensures our housekeepers are paid a living wage and are bonded and insured.
A damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
Parking Notes: We cannot guarantee a spot in the driveway as they are shared between guests of all three units on a first come, first served basis. Street parking is available for guest use. On 10th Street, you can park right in front of the home between 4:00pm - 10:00am the following morning. Outside of these hours, there is a two-hour limit for street parking spots. There is no time limit across the street, so guests can park there anytime.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
