Payment: Lessee voluntarily agrees to pay an earnest deposit of 50% at the time of booking and the final payment 30 days prior to arrival. 100% of reservation becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Cancelation: Cancelation’s at least 30 days prior to arrival are refundable. Inside of 30 days, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
Changes: Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 120 days prior to arrival, with no more then one change allowed per reservation.
Travel Insurance: Due to the nature of our business, most reservations are made well in advance of the arrival date. Casago strongly encourages guest to purchase Travel Insurance to help minimize any losses you may suffer from cancelations that occur after reservation becomes firm/non refundable.
Credit Card Authorization: Guest authorizes Management Company to charge the credit card on file for deposits due and authorizes that any outstanding balances will be charged when due, as specified herein.
Check-In: Check-in may occur after 3:00 PM. Early check-ins will not be authorized.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late checkouts will not be authorized.
No large groups or gatherings are permitted at any of our properties.
Homes with heated private pools or hot tubs will require additional fees or deposits to heat.
