TERMS & CONDITIONS*
Payment: Lessee voluntarily agrees to pay an earnest deposit of 50% at the time of booking and the final payment 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of reservation becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation: Cancellations submitted 30 days prior to your stay, there is a 100% refund. For bookings cancelled up to 14 days in advance, you will receive a 40% refund. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days in advance there is 0% refund. 5.0% credit charge processing fee calculated on the amount of the refunded.
Changes: Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 120 days prior to arrival, with no more than one change allowed per reservation.
Travel Insurance: Due to the nature of our business, most reservations are made well in advance of the arrival date. Casago strongly encourages guests to purchase Travel Insurance to help minimize any losses you may suffer from cancellations that occur after the reservation becomes firm/non-refundable.
Credit Card Authorization: The guest authorizes the Management Company to charge the credit card on file for deposits due and authorizes that any outstanding balances will be charged when due, as specified herein.
Check-In: Check-in may occur after 3:00 PM. Early check-ins will not be authorized.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late checkouts will not be authorized.
No large groups or gatherings are permitted at any of our properties.
Homes with heated private pools or hot tubs will require additional fees or deposits to heat.
Pet Policy: We adhere to a strict no pet policy unless it is a physician-documented service animal.
Deposit: Additional deposits may apply.
Text messaging will be used to communicate after the booking until your departure.
*These terms and conditions are not a complete rental agreement. Once you've made a reservation, you'll receive a full rental agreement, with the same terms as stated above, plus additional contract language specific to the property you rented.
