Spotlessness equals protection, and we do everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for the Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Take a refreshing dip in the inviting community pool or access the sandy shores through the gated beach access just steps away from the property. Parking is made convenient with space for up to 3 vehicles available under the house, while an outdoor shower offers a convenient spot to rinse off after a day of beachside adventures. Trash receptacles are conveniently located, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout your stay.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between November 1st through the end of February.
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
